Help insalling "Mod Central Configurator Tool"

The "Mod Central Configurator Tool" is a tool for configuring the "Strike Pack FPS Dominator" devices that add mods and paddles to PlayStation 4 and Xbox controllers, sold by Collective Minds <https://collectiveminds.ca>.

The Strike Pack device allows some handicapped persons, for example, to make first-person shooter games accessible in modern consoles (for me pressing the run button is painful, so the autorun feature is a blessing).

I'm running High Sierra 10.13.6 on a Mac mini (late 2014).
