Arrow buttons problem on Office 2016

Hi everyone !

I installed Office2016 following these instructions :

I succeed to install it, but there is still some little bugs. For instance, I can't change the text color by clicking on the little down arrow : the color palette does not appear. Same problem with all other down arrows, exepting for the font and font size.

If someone has an idea how to fix this bug...

Finally found the problem. It is describe in this topic :

And the solution that works for me :
- in wineconfig, uncheck "Allow the window manager to control the windows"
