Wine 2.0 child windows have small title bar

Three of the apps I run under Wine, (VRC, VATSpy, Orbiter), have main application windows with typically-sized title bars for the desktop settings. However, child windows created within those applications all spawn with title bars that are roughly 5 pixels high (might be a couple more, tough to say).

I know this wasn't the case with Wine 1.8.6 so it definitely appears to be new behavior. Anyone have ideas on what I can look at to true and overcome this problem?
