How to run a Paradox Game (Victoria/HoI2: Doomsday)

Does anyone know how to do this, I've copied both DD/Arma and Ricky to a directory in my home folder, and try to run it with a command:

wine '/home/myaccount/.wine_c/program files/paradox/doomsday/doomsday.exe'

But i just get errors saying things like "Can't find country.csv" etc.

All the necessary files are in fact there in the directry, I had installed both games on my windows machine, and simply copied the install directories directly to my Sabayon linux machine, I didn't install from scratch into Wine as I thought that likely to cause more complecations, these games run with no probs if you do that windows to windows.

Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

Install them normally under Wine. HoI 2: Doomsday, Armageddon works this
way without problems (the only thing it takes ages to install it under
Wine, but that's another story).

Is it necessary to disable or enable anything additional?

Also, I will need to use GamersGate to upgrade from the Vanilla versions of these games to the Expanded versions (Armaggedon and Revolutions) wont this cause complications?

Go to the program directory first.

Thanks, so this will mean the error messages about not finding files that are right there in the same directory will stop I hope.

Is there an option I should put somewhere to tell wine to open a window, maybe it's a compatibility issue with my radeon card, any ideas?
