Map Ctrl-Break in OS X (perhaps to Ctrl-Fn-Esc?)

Is there a way to send the Ctrl-Break key to Wine under OS X? It seems that in Boot Camp, Fn-Esc sends Break (and maybe Ctrl-Fn-Esc sends Ctrl-Break), but that doesn't seem to work in Wine. Any advice on patching keyboard.c or altering a map file would be gratefully received.
