Does anybody know if Watch Dogs works with wine?

if you already have the game you could try and post your results on the appdb.
i think you are out of luck if you have the steam version though.

No, it requires a DirectX 11 compatible graphics card as a minimum system requirement... A game like that, with a modern/advanced graphics engine, is going to push every corner of the DirectX 11 API... Wine support for DirectX 11 is coming along... slowly... There are plenty of Codeweaver blogs and related articles about this
There is an WineHQ AppDB page for Watch_Dogs btw... But I'm not sure it will be of much use for a few months
