Hi,
I have developed a windows based software which I have been marketing on line for about 5 years. I am intrigued by WINE and the benefits of being able to run on Mac OS10. Before I go any further in appropriating a mac, I ask if anyone would be interested in installing and testing the application on an Apple machine.
The trial version can be acquired at http://www.rosettesoftware.com. I can be reached from that web site via the email contact link. If you are able to achieve a successful installation, I am happy to email a sample table with data - to experiment with.
The core database engine is Paradox9 Runtime. The program is a band set list manager intended for working musicians.
Thanks. I look forward to hearing from any interested parties.

Re: Looking for a beta tester
The installation goes through but the shortcut is not installed on the desktop. If you could just tell me what exact command that shortcut is supposed to run, then I could easily finish.
Re: Looking for a beta tester
Here's the shortcut command line. I imagine you will need to remove the '(x86)' from the program files path name. Also, I tested with a bat and get an error saying the agcon.cfg name is invalid - using default instead. I do not understand this since it works from the shortcut. Anyway, the program should still run, regardless.
Command line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Paradox 9 Runtime\Programs\pdxrwn32.exe" -o AGcon.cfg -b -q -w C:\BandBro -p C:\BandBro\Private OPENSONG.ssl
Thanks, I'll be interested to hear what happens. I can provide dummy song title data if you email me.
