problem with screen resolations

hi. i am trying to open a windows application with wine. if i start it in full screen mod(i mean no dash ,... in screen), every thing work fine except minimize button. when i start it in normal full screen(i mean dash ,... were shown), a new problem come out. app recognize where i clicked a bit downer than real place.
the problem solve when i switch screen with alt+tab and come back again.
how to solve this kind of problems?

What Desktop Environment are you using? Unity?
