exe File Will Not Open

Hi, I'm new here, and I was hoping someone could help me with my abysmal knowledge of computers. I downloaded Wine and tried to open an exe file with it, and it said that it had been saved under a different file. I tried to open it again, and I accidentally clicked on the prompt to "never show again". Now when I click the eye file>open with>wine, nothing happens. What do I do?
