Open access to the network

Using version 1.7.37 on Mac OS. Established Windows program. Some of its features require work on the network, but there is an error that can not be found a network path. What is the problem, how to open access to the network?

the program saves the file on the network, for example, \\127.0.0.1\ Shared\Files.
But the program displays a message that the path is not available.
