Can't access to HTTPS-sites.

OS PC-BSD 10.2
i386-wine-devel-1.7.53,1

I installed ie8 and I got access to http-sites, but I can't get access to https-sites. I get such error:

err:secur32:SECUR32_initSchannelSP TLS library not found, SSL connections will fail

How can I activate SSL-connection?
