Ventrilo Problems

Hi

I just installed Ventrilo through Wine. It installed just fine. But there are three problems I am having.

1) It is giving me an error message saying Cannot find Codec: GSM 6.10
Dont know where to get this codec or how to install it.

2) I cannot use my push to talk hot key

3) I cannot hear anyone in vent when they are talking.

Please help with links or advice.

Wow I totally forgot to scroll down. Well this makes me look bad hahaha.
