I have installed a media player called Keyframe MP to Wine and it works well when I open videos from within the program via File > Open. However if I try to launch the file with the media player from a file explorer or from within a different program.... the media player says it can't find the file.
So the same exact file location works when opened within the program but not when the file is open via 'open with...' from an external program.
I guess the problem has something to do with the drive Z shortcut from the wine folders to the linux home folder. But there must be a way to get around this problem.
Has anybody else had the problem or do you have an idea of how I could solve it?
