Wine Will Not Launch OS X Yosemite

Wine will not launch.

OS X Version: 10.10.5
Specs:
iMac (20-inch, Mid 2007)
2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT 128 MB

Don't make fun of me, I'm poor and still haven't upgraded.
I do not have admin privileges on the user login that I need to run it on.
Wine version 1.6.1, Not running in 32 bit mode.
Winebottler will launch ... But not exactly what I need.
I know that the privileges are probably the issue but I need a way to run wine without admin.

How did you install Wine (MacPorts, Build from Source, Homebrew, etc), and how are you currently trying to use Wine? Are you using the Terminal window to run programs?
