Help I can't run Wolfenstein: The New Order

Help I downloaded Wolfenstein The New Order using the suggested skins only every time I try to open it a program error pops up and then steam says missing executable. Anyone have any idea how to get the game running?

There was one thing I forgot to put which is that the program error box says that the program setup.exe has encountered a serious problem

Sorry for taking so long to reply but the solution you gave me in the link is about starting windows programs from the command line and I don't know what I'm supposed to do with that information. Could you walk through step by step on how to post terminal output?
