Mono question

Post by banasw01 »

Im trying to run Launchpad Enchanced SWG (star wars galaxies) on Linux. I installed (mono 4 0 1 gtksharp 2 12 26 win32 0.msi) [sorry for no . And - , im typing this on my cell phone], installed swg, launchpad and mono and wine on linuxmint 17.1 cinnamon 64bit. I also installed mono complete via the package manager. When i run wine LaunchpadEnchanced.exe i get: wine: install mono for windows to run .net applications. I have mono for both linux and windows installed so what am i missing?
Thank you

I installed wine-mono and wine gives same message - install mono for windows.
When i run 'mono LaunchpadEnhanced.exe' i get: could not set X locale modifiers and FATAL UNHANDLED EXCEPTION. I am writing this on my cell phone so i cant paste this from the computer.

Make sure you've installed the correct wine-mono package for the version of Wine you have. You will also have to install it manually (run the .msi file) to any wineprefixes that were created without wine-mono.
When i run 'mono LaunchpadEnhanced.exe'
