I'm thinking of migrating Wine from Fink to MacPorts/Homebrew given that Wine doesn't seem anymore updated in Fink (yesterday it has been updated from 1.7.34 to 1.7.42 after I asked on the fink-developers mailing list).
Do you know if it is possible to export Wine-Prefixes created from Fink-Wine to a newly installed MacPorts-Wine or Homebrew-Wine?

Make a copy of the prefix and try it. As long as the version of Wine is the same or newer, you should be okay.
