[DX8] Polda 4 - Models are sliced

I wanted to play this 2002 game (in Poland known as "Strażnik Czasu"), but model parts look like sliced when they are moving, if standing still in their base position its fine.

Console is full of this:

fixme:d3d:state_swvp Software vertex processing not implemented.

I have no idea how to fix it, but maybe, enabling software vertex processing?

Thanks, but since patches exist for this, why its not merged? And somehow switchable, e.g. with registry entry like other options?

AFAICT from the bug report, there have been problems with all of the patches that have been submitted.
