Wine : Windows and Fonts Are Huge

I have Ubuntu 8.04 and installed wine but the windows and fonts are extremly big and wont show the whole window ..

What could be the reason for this ?

You changed DPI setting in winecfg. Remove ~/.wine directory and repeat.
