Starforce protection problem(?)

Hello.

I'd like to run an app that gives the following error:

I have read on a winehq database entry that it is related to starforce, but I haven't been able to find any workaround.

Has anybody solved this king of problem?

What application?

What version of Wine are you running?

Does the Appdb entry say the application has ever worked with Wine?

StarForce? If that's what this program uses, then you're screwed.
StarForce will never work in Wine.

I remember that Starforce protection is one of those that will NEVER work on Wine. Maybe vitamin can provide more information or a close look at the Applications Database is in order.
