wineasio driver -- anyone have any luck compiling lately?

Just wondering. I followed the instructions this morning to make and it did not make.
Have newest asio.h from website.
(Also have echoaudio iox card, which is supposed to work with it.)

What version of Wine?
What version of Jack?
What version of GCC?
What error messages from Make?
