Limit Applications Wine Can Run

Is it possible to limit the applications that Wine CAN run (user specified)? I was thinking that a "white" list would help with the prevention of malware infecting a PC.

No, wine treats all applications the same.

Apparmor/SELinux, etc., may be able to do this.
