Tried to add an email

So I tried to add this email [email protected] to my Profile and the system asked for a URL or Universal Resource Locator. I have always been lead to believe the ( .com ) is the URL, What is the deal?

Ultimately I am going to install Wine on my Linux Mint 21.3 computer. But before I upgraded my Linux Mint OS I had Wine in the system, and I have read that I need to rid my system of all prior Wine applications. Exploring this endeavor lead me to an individual that I need to talk with so I figured I aught to have an email attached to my Profile.

As KenSharp asked, what profile are you referring to? Wine does not have any profiles.

Which system?

• Linux Mint 21.3?

• Mint Email client?

• Windows Email client running under Wine?

• Other

In case [1] and [2], this forum is the wrong place to post.
In case [3], details about the Email client in question are needed.
In case [4], please clarify.

When you mention Wine applications, do you mean

• applications you had installed under Wine?

Or

• the old version(s) Wine application itself?
