Exception in ENetHTTPResponseException

When i start RSL (a legal auto-clicker for Raid Shadow Legends) the application will stop and popup the error message in attachment (some data should be downloaded to update RLS but nothing happens). The app developers reported that on Windows we just need to add an exception to the system firewall. On Wine? Maybe missing a .Net deps?
