I'm sorry to tell you that the latest Debian packages (version 9.20) ending with the DEB extension are not listed in the Release file(s) which carry the info to the user's APT/DPKG system.
This is a section of the DEB packages list from Wine Download Server:
However, the new packages are missing in the Packages file:
Consequently, the APT/DPKG system cannot install the latest DEB packages.

There are issues with the mirror sync.

FYI, the packages are also available from the build server; for trixie, that's https://download.opensuse.org/repositor ... _standard/.
