Black Screen on non fullscreen applications, duplicate of windows, but black.

Title, when opening a program via Wine, there will be a duplicate black screen that covers the original application.
When attempting to drag the program this black screen follows behind as if a duplicate, or trail. It then covers the application.

Previously on Wine-Staging-Git, downgraded, have not made a new wine prefix yet since this program is required to run near 24/7 on PC.
Just absolutely confused by this.

Was not an issue prior to adding a second monitor to my setup, removing the second monitor does not change the outcome, nor does changing my kernel, or kernel patches.

EDIT: Re-created the wine-prefix. Still occurs.
