Install ICU libraries in Wine

Newer Windows versions ship with two ICU libraries: icuuc.dll and icuin.dll. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windo ... code--icu- . I have a program which needs these libraries. Since these are open source libraries, it seems safe to install them. Where do I best get these libraries (I need 32bit and 64bit libraries)?
