Regression for AVX for win11 after update to Wine 9.6

I have 2 identical installs of Metatrader 5: one in prefix with win10 and another with win11.

After an update to Wine 9.6, MT5 on Win11 now recognizes the cpu as supporting only AVX.

Under Wine 9.5 both installs recognized the cpu as supporting avx2

Changing windows version via winecfg doesn't help.

Upd: I determined that the mt5 terminal binaries were not exactly the same...reinstalled it straight from metaquotes and got AVX2 recognized under Win11
