Syncios - Not detecting my smartphone

Hello everyone.
I installed Syncios in Wine (syncios.com) and despite I had some issues installing (I had to simulate a virtual desktop, otherwise the window was shown black), after installation it works good (still with virtual desktop by the way).
Now, I tried many ways to make this App work:
- I installed gvfs/fuse (and the phone gets detected by DoubleCMD, I can transfer files)
- I created a registry key for COM1 in Regedit
- I enabled USB Debugging on the device, and installed ADB and FastBoot

But none made it. What can I do now?

P.S.: I found the issue MAY be concerned with the gvfs mount method.
