GetPointerDeviceRects could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll

Hello!

I got an error when trying to execute a software on Wine.
I just get this error shown on attached image.

Is "GetPointerDeviceRects" not implemented?

I tried different versions of Wine (now I'm using 9.2), created a clean wineprefix, tried to remove wine-mono and install dotnet, compiled WoW64 wine, etc...

The console output just always says:
0120:err:kerberos:kerberos_LsaApInitializePackage no Kerberos support, expect problems (It disappears if i set WINEDLLOVERRIDES="kerberos=n")

Is there anything I can do about it?
