Hi, I have been trying to use hotline client version 1.2.3 ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hotline_Communications for the unfamiliar) with wine 9.x on Linux. I've also tried a few older versions back to 6.x with the same issue. Mostly it works fine but when trying to upload files to a server, the upload transfer always hangs at exactly 200 KB. I've tried the same thing in an emulator on a few versions of Windows and ReactOS and uploading works properly using the same binaries (can be downloaded from https://preterhuman.net/gethotlinekdx.php for those interested). I'm wondering if it's running into some socket compatibility issues since the program was built with metrowerks codewarrior IDE/framework which wasn't too common for windows applications.
Anyway, does anyone know if there are some settings I can adjust in wine to possibly tune the socket settings and avoid the problem?
Thanks.

Reusing old .wine folder contents.
Is it possible to repurpose the contents of an old .wine folder for a completely different application, and if so, what are the potential risks and challenges associated with doing so?
