Issue: .exe file wont run with Wine/Linux.

I'm trying to run a Windows program. It is a program software for Fire Alarm Panels. It is obtained via this link "https://buildings.honeywell.com/us/en/b ... rces/tools" under the name "Fire-Lite programming software".
When I try to run the program i am given the window "The Program 'X' has encountered a serious problem and needs to close". I don't know how to fix this issue.
I'm operating on ChromeOS.
