wine-staging 8.21 .net 7 not detected & EAX 2.0 problem

I've install the Official .net 7 from ms but apps can't detect it
Also i've problem with gta_sa as the game has 3d sound problems
gta_sa use eax 2.0 which seems not work probably can we have wrapper from dsound to openal ?
