How to handle qualcomm device plugged in host in a flash tool in Wine?

I need to flash firmware in a qualcomm device but tool (QPST) is only available for Windows and I find no Linux alternative.
So I decided to go with Wine.
I got firmware and Steps to proceed.
But when I plugged device in edl mode to my PC
QPST in Wine was unable to detect it (It was supposed to detect and show port but was showing no port available) and gived error in terminal that

wineusb:query_id Unhandeled ID query type 0x5.
