Commercial sofware (CCH interactive disclosure checklist) stalls on installation

Hi - I am new to this forum, and a WINE novice. I work for an organisation that uses a commercial application (CCH Interactive Disclosure Checklist, created by Wolters Kluwer) only available as windows executable file. I am trying to run the application on a Linux desktop. WINE. The installation wizard runs okay, but stalls with an error message. I am hoping to get some help with this. I can provide screenshots and/or terminal output of the installation.

Wine version: wine-8.19 (Staging)
OS: Fedora Linux 39 (Workstation Edition)

I have 12 screenshots of the installation process. As I am limited to attaching 3 files, I am adding shots identifying the application, and the two final steps before the installation fails (which also show the terminal output)
