Wine cannot interpret arabic character codes keys input

How to solve on Wine cannot interpret arabic character codes keys input in a app. namedly shamilah; https://dev.shamela.ws/downloads/window ... 1444.2.iso

In other normal condition here, toggling to Arabic layout will instantly accept coreectly any character code key being pressed/input, e.g. as on a text editor, qpdfview, browser now, etc, but not on this app. being correctly Wine installed and glyph ouput/rendered

toggling to Arabic merely changes (current) layout keys from lower-case to upper one, so instead
