can I connect to localhost using wine with a .exe

Hello,

When I am trying to connect to localhost with a software and wine, the connection is established according to netcat but my connection is alway loading and never finished. I pinged the localhost and it answers finely. I tested the same .exe on windows localhost and everything were finely working.

Does wine provide the ability to connect to the localhost or is there a bug, a wontfix that blocks it please?

The software that I am using is reverse engineered. Then I need to wait for a lawyer in order to provide you the binary to avoid any legal issue.
