I was able to get WineHQ Forums but not WineDb. Trying to see what apps can load to Ubuntu via Wine. Plus I want to suggest another App. for Wine to load.

I don't see any AppDB accounts for the email address you used for the forum. Did you use a different email address when registering for the AppDB?
Did you check your spam folder for the email?
FYI, you don't need to login to search the AppDB, nor is it a list of applications "for Wine to load." It is merely a database of test reports for Windows apps/games running in Wine, submitted by users. Inclusion in the AppDB does not mean the app works in Wine.
