Wine doesn't work on Mac Ventura 13.3.1

All the possible pckg from wine website are not compatible with Mac Ventura 13.3.1.
Please how to make it work?
version of wine :
- wine stable 5.0
- wine dev & wine stage 5.7

Installing Deprecated WineHQ packages

I’d though I’d made that section clear enough from the name alone, the current packages are installed via brew.
