Urgent Help Needed: Material Studio installation Error

I have installed wine (for windows software in Linux) in my Kubuntu 20.04. Through wine, I have tried to install Material Studio Software 2017 (Windows Version) as a Trial. But, it shows an error that the temporary license path directory for simulation software is not working.
Important Note: During install, the directory and files shown on the attached image is not created by Material studio.
Kindly go through the attached image and suggest me to solve the problem.
