Bug when running ./configure

Hello all, I am trying to install Wine on my Mac (with M1) and when I run the ./configure I have the following error:

checking whether flex is recent enough... yes
checking for bison... bison
checking whether bison is recent enough... no
configure: error: Your bison version is too old. Please install bison version 3.0 or newer.

However, I checked my bison version and it is the latest one bison 3.8.2, now I do not now how to proceed with this error and finish the installation.
