Windows Credential Manager/Vault

How do you interact with Wine’s version of the Windows Credential Manager/Vault? I tried all the normal commands and they don’t work, and copying over the control panel applet and key manager CLIs from a real Windows 11 install didn’t work either. I'm trying to copy over a Vault and set of credentials from a real Windows machine that allows the creation of a backup file, but can also just copy over the files themselves (though this alone doesn't make Wine recognize them).
