Suteki na Kanojo crashes on Title Screen - 'gst_caps_is_fixed (caps)' failed

I'm attempting to play Suteki na Kanojo no Tsukurikata, which is a visual novel I bought from JAST USA. However, I haven't been able to get past the title screen. The background is black, which suggests some video/image is not being rendered. I needed a 64-bit WINE prefix to even get it to launch.

I'm using wine-staging 8.10. Installing Visual C++ Runtimes, Quartz, lavfilters and wmp11 with winetricks did not change anything.

Any ideas?

I needed to install wmp11 with winetricks. That's all that was needed - nothing else. The video still doesn't play due to missing Media Foundation, but it doesn't crash.

Now to create an AppDB report.

Could you also test if the game works (without videos) if you turn off winegstreamer?

Is there a download to test with that is not on Steam? Because the steam version is unavailable in my country.
