Theres any way to run x64 app on macos and automatically bypass all requests for allowing access from Developer undentif

Is there any way to run x64.exe application on Macos Ventura and automatically allow/open anyway software run from unidentified developer?
I'm trying to run Notepad++ (8.5.3.portable.x64), but many .dlls are needed and I need to grant permissions one by one like this https://support.apple.com/pt-br/guide/m ... 0/mac/13.0

I'm using wine64 pathToMy.exe. Is there any argument for automatically allowing everything?

Some way without being as drastic as run a terminal sudo spctl –master-disable, but that is automatic?
