I tried to install this application as it helps me a lot to backup my email accounts (this in windows).

I've been trying to install it on wine to open and backup, but even managing to install it doesn't work.

Has anyone had success with this application and if so , can you help me with a working install .

The installation of Mail Store succeeds if you install dotnet48 with winetricks,
Or modify the registry to make the Wine-mono version similar to .Net 4.8.
(Edit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full\Release to 528049)

Unfortunately, the program does not work.
The log file (firebird.log) reports:

	Wrong file for memory mapping:
	      expected C:\ProgramData\firebird\fb12_trace
	already mapped \??\C:\ProgramData\firebird\fb12_trace
	Check for presence of another Firebird instance with different lock directory

This looks like a bug in Wine. You can file a bug here.
