Yes, wine for android is still available to download in winehq.org but however winehq removed android option to their downloads page, I don't know why but the wine for android download page is still there if you google "Wine For Android" you'll see the first result link that says "Wine for Android - The Wine Downloads page on winehq.org". you click on it and you'll see the wine versions to download on your android device but you have to try some of them that are compatible with your android device. I don't know why winehq stopped working on wine for android when it reaches to the latest version of 7.0 but maybe someday in the future maybe they'll continue to work on wine for android.
