Hey guys,
I'm currently in the situation where the only PC we have access to is my Manjaro Linux machine (we're travelling rn) and where we need iTunes running to recover an iPhone that is currently in a rebootloop. This is my first time trying out wine, and iTunes gives me the message "Windows 10 or newer needed to install". I did run winecfg (with and without winetricks) and it is definitely set to win 10 (build 19044). Any Ideas of how to solve this? I'm at the same time also preparing a Windows VM for emergency use/when Wine fails.
Greetings from Panama
Installing iTunes on Linux using Wine?
Re: Installing iTunes on Linux using Wine?
Unfortunately, Wine does not recognize the iPhone when it is connected to the computer. So you will have to find another solution.
