Is there a topic discussion forum for Wine anywhere on the Internet?

If not, then I think there is a place for one on this website.

Good to be registered here. My reason for coming here is to discuss the possible resolution of a small but annoying bug in WINE. Prepared to pay the WineHQ a bounty amount if it helps. :) I know how much work maintaining software is.

The Website Issues subforum is really not the place to do that, and you're not likely to get a response in a thread titled General Discussion. Create a new topic in Wine Help (or Linux, or MacOS) with more details.
