If I understand your question correctly then you would like to set a 64-bit prefix to Windows 95,98,Me or 2000.
The answer is quite simple, there are no 64-bit variants of these Windows versions.
Therefore, they cannot be selected in a 64-bit wine prefix.

I know that 64 bit Wine prefix will not pretend to be 32 bit Windows systems but I doesn't want setting Windows 95,98,Me or 2000 as default, only for lists adds applications. Similarly to the in traditional Windows 64 bit systems in Properties -> compatibility.

So why you not adds or can't adds comapibily support with Windows 95,98,Me and 2000 as additional?
