impossible to install apps

After installing wine (and q4wine) I tried to install some programs (*.exe), but unsuccessufully:

it looks like wine32 is missing, you should install it.
multiarch needs to be enabled first.  as root, please

Also, your Wine version is old; the current stable release is 6.0.1.

Thank you. I have PPA for Libreoffice, Avidemux and Amule.
I tried to follow this steps https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu, but I have still dependecies problem.

after many, unsuccessfull attempts to fix dependecies problems, now if I attempt to install wine I have to remove many essential apps...

The most likely reason for that is a mismatch between i386 and x86_64 versions of one or more of the packages. Sticking to the versions in Ubuntu's standard/universe repositories will avoid that, but I notice you are not actually on Ubuntu, but a derivative. First, make sure you have added the WineHQ repository for the correct version of Ubuntu; adding the wrong one can prevent installation. Second, our packages are built on and for Ubuntu, and while they work on most derivatives, if a derivative version has made significant changes, that can also cause problems. I don't really know enough about KDE Neon to say whether that is the case here; you might do better asking for help on your distro forum.
